What are the cancellation policies ?
We offer two cancellation policies:
- Non-refundable rate: this option provides a more advantageous price and does not allow any refund in case of cancellation.
- Flexible rate (up to 1 day before arrival): this option allows free cancellation until 1 day before arrival. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover bank processing fees.
What's the difference with direct booking and Airbnb/Booking ?
By booking directly with us, you enjoy preferred rates, personalized service, and flexible payment options, compared to booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking…).
Is there a mamad inside the apartment?
Your safety is our priority. All apartments include a private mamad inside the apartment.
