What are the cancellation policies ?
For 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
For 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
What's the difference with direct booking and Airbnb/Booking ?
By booking directly with us, you enjoy preferred rates, personalized service, and flexible payment options, compared to booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking…).
Is there a mamad inside the apartment?
Your safety is our priority. All apartments include a private mamad inside the apartment.
