If you’ve selected the non-refundable rate, the full amount is charged at the time of booking — giving you access to our best available pricing.

Security Deposit
To help us maintain the exceptional quality of our spaces, a refundable security deposit may be pre-authorized on your card prior to arrival, subject to available funds. This amount will only be charged in the unlikely event of damage during your stay.

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are fully refundable. After this period, the full payment will be retained.
Please note that for non-refundable bookings, no refund can be issued in case of cancellation — in exchange for a preferential rate.
