Reservation & cancellation
Payment: We charge 50% of the total at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically debited one week before your arrival. If you have selected the non-refundable option, we charge 100% of the total at the time of booking.
Deposit: The company will block an amount of money corresponding to a refundable amount on the customer’s account before verifying that sufficient funds are available. This amount will only be debited in the event of material damage caused to the property during the stay.
Cancellation: If the customer cancels no later than 7 days before arrival, we will refund the total amount of the reservation. After this period, the customer loses the entire payment. If you have selected the non-refundable option, no refund will be made in case of cancellation.
