If you choose the "Flexible Cancellation up to 1 Day Before Arrival" option, you may cancel your reservation up to 1 day before your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total reservation amount at the time of the refund. This fee covers bank processing charges and is applied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
